Larry was born and raised in the Northern suburbs of Baltimore. He graduated in 1989 from Essex Community College with an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. He completed night classes at Strayer University to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Larry has over 30 years in the Event Rental and Entertainment industry specializing in Operations Management and Logistics.
He enjoys various hobbies including boating, camping, motorcycling and home improvement projects.
